Acknowledgement Upon acknowledgment or acceptance of a proposal, an email confirmation will be taken & the client can confirm it after reviewing the details.
Pricing & Payments Payment method will be account transfer.
The billing period for the 1st & 2nd month will be twice split in every 15 days & then the billing period will be every 30th of the month.
Services Warranty Mend Media Digital provides assurance that the services we will provide will produce excellent and effective results. If you are not satisfied with our services, then let us know then we can adjust the necessary.
Responsibility All digital marketing services indicated in this proposal will be handled by Mend Media Digital. All materials & documents about the client will be provided by the client.
Confidentiality The terms & conditions offered services, and all the content of this document is considered strictly confidential.
Termination Once the contract ended & assuming that all payments are completed, all credentials, documents, reports, and materials will be transferred to the client.
Amendment A proposal should only be changed or modified by AdStream Media & Solutions upon discussion with the client. Renewing the contract will require a new proposal and will be given to the clients based on the agreed date.
Ad Spend Budget Ad Spend Budget across all platforms to be bared by client always.
